Flipflop FAQ Q: Will my flip~flop flower pot fall over under windy conditions? A: It is possible that your Flip~Flop will fall over under VERY windy conditions. If such conditions are expected simply remove the top one or two pots and set them on the ground until such conditons pass. A Flip~Flop that is protected by the wall of a front porch or fence is much less likely to fall then one located on an unprotected pool deck. Q: How does the watering system work? A: The watering system is designed to allow water access to the roots. Simply pour a slow stream of water into the pole and it will run down and out into the root area of your plants. Do not over do it. Occaisionally remove the top pot and turn the pole to put the holes into different positions. Q: Can I use pots other than clay? A: Yes. Any pot with at least a three quarter inch hole in the bottom will work. Patent Pending |

Q: Can I transport my Flip~flop in a car after it has been planted?
A: Yes. Simply remove the top two or three pots and place them in the trunk or back seat of your vehicle. Lift the remaining large pot and saucer with the pole in place and put it on the floor of the passenger side of the vehicle. When you get to where you want it...reverse the process. It is very important that you move the larege pot with the tray or saucer. When putting the pots back onto the pole you should be able to see the hole through the dirt where the pot used to rest. Q: Where can I buy a Flip~flop Flower Pot? A: We have our product in many retail stores throughout the country. Our home office is in Cincinnati Ohio. We are located at 484 Northland Blvd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45240. TROUBLESHOOTING Q: I've watered my Flip~Flop and it made a mess. A: Lightly hose of the entire arrangement and remove some of the dirt from each pot. The dirt level should be 1-2 inches below the top of the pots. Q: My stableizer bars do not span the distance of my bottom pot what should I do? A: Make sure the bottom pot is a 12" tappered pot. Q: The tops of my smaller pots do not tilt enough to make contact with the pole. A: Your pots do not have large enough holes in the bottoms. |
