INSTRUCTIONS
Acceptable pots can usually be found at any big box or garden store. If clay is not available plastic will work.
Pots needed: One 14"-20" pot for the base and four smaller pots (approx 8") to flip and flop. Be sure the large base pot tapers down in size from top to bottom and that all the pots have center drains.
Place the smaller stabilizer bar in the base pot. Note; the stabilizer bar can be adjusted in length. It will adjust larger or out very easily but will be more difficult to contract. To contract the stabilizer bar, depress the locking tab from the bottom with a pointed object and "walk" the extension back in. Be sure the stabilizer bar comes to rest just above the base pot.
Now place the larger stabilizer bar up toward the top of the base pot. It should come to rest inside the pot just below the top of the pot. Be sure to put the stabilizer bars in the base pot in a criss-cross fashion.
Insert the pole through the center hole of each stabilizer bar. Note; the pole will only fit into the center hole of each stabilizer bar.
Fill the base pot with soil and plant with flowers.
Thread the smaller pots onto the center pole through the drain holes, flipping and flopping each pot to the left or the right. Be sure to compltely tilt the smaller pots all the way over until the top rim of the pot comes to rest on the pole. The next pot will come to rest at the point where the top of the the first pot and the pole come together.
Fill the remaining pots with soil and plant.
Water thoroughly and ENJOY!
Watering tip. In addition to normal watering, pour water through and around the pole to allow water to reach the root area of your plants. Under extreme wind conditions simply remove the top pots and set aside till the weather clears.
